Exactly 12 weeks to Beach time on Monday. You know what that means? Time to kick it into high gear. In the past for me that has meant two-a-day gym sessions 5-6 days per week. This year will be a bit different. Those of you that followed my forum thread "How Low Can You Go" last year saw the results of the 4 Day Weight Loss Push/Pull but my time has been constrained and I'm looking to see how shredded I can get on the Working Man's Workout. It's going to take some ultra discipline in the dietary realm and an increased focus while at the gym but it's time to see if less really is more. I'll be providing updates on my profile whiteboard for those that want to follow along and if anyone has questions feel free to ask here or within my profile. I'll be getting my baseline body statistics this weekend and will post them (along with the overall goals) very soon.
