weightless workout

How effective at building muscle is the weightless workout for weight gain on this site? My school's gym is insanely packed and the free weight area is a cluster$@#!. Plus, I am going to be playing a lot of tennis on the club team so I want healthy shoulders. I like bodyweight workouts because they are fun, quick, and I can do them wherever. Having said this I want to keep my muscle mass and increase it a little as well. What are your thoughts?
