Weightless Legs Workout

About a month ago I injured my Hip Flexor. Since then, i have struggled to find a routine that would work for me to allow me to still workout my legs while recuperating and keeping away from deadlifts, squats, and leg presses. I realized that a 5 day split would work best for me. I was wondering if there is a 1 day a week weight less leg workout you guys could recommend for me. Thank you so much for all of your help!
