Wow that title was harder to word that it will be to describe. Basically, I'm looking into the exercises listed in the 4 day push pull plan. When snatches, split jerks, step ups, physio hamstring curls, single leg box squats, etc. are listed as 4x4 or 4x8, does that mean 4x4/arm on snatchs, and 4x8/each leg getting kicked back and so on?
I just finished the 3 day weight loss plan and assumed that the step ups are 3x10/12/15 for each leg, since you cant exactly do a half on each leg. The russian twist was a little clearer that going to each side counts as one rep.
Long story short, I want to make sure that the reps apply to each arm/leg/side for all of these style movement/exercises, because i go to the gym in the mornings before work and am a considerable time crunch.Just Wanna Look Better
