    Hey guys,

    I’m leaving Saturday for a week-long snowboarding trip out west, and it’s always murder on the legs. In addition to stretching before & after, is there anything I should be doing while I’m there to reduce the impact on my legs/body? And what should I be doing on our off days (we have 6-of-8-day lift tickets)?
